I can't find the setup exe after I unzip the folder
There is no setup for this game, you just need to unzip and play by clicking on the executable.

you just can't. exe files don't run on android
No worries you can still play it in andriod all you need is a emulator.

Winlator search it on GitHub and download the latest vesion i don't know if joiplay still work on it.

Winlator or joiplay.
You can choose one of them.
